We are Pen2Print Publishing CIC, a community interest company based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. Our workers are all volunteers and we aim to offer a friendly, helpful service meeting publishing/printing needs of a wide variety of independent clients in West Yorkshire and beyond. Although we ourselves are a small business, for almost 20 years Pen2Print has been offering a highly professional service to smaller organizations, businesses, community groups and individuals with printing/publishing requirements.

Are you an Author? We offer a straightforward Self Publishing service

Once we receive your manuscript we will be able to give you an approximate quote for printing, depending mainly on page count, images it contains and number of copies. After you have amended the proof copy we’ll produce, we can go to print.  Your book will be digitally stored on our system so that re-prints can be made easily.

Are you a community/voluntary or charitable organization?

As a community, not-for-profit organization Pen2Print fully understands how crucial it is to get your message across; to establish an identity within your community. Pen2Print Publishing can help with materials such as posters, flyers, programmes etc., calendars and business stationery.

Personal items, gifts, wedding invitations, cards, events

We all like to celebrate special occasions from calendars for New Year to cards for anniversaries, special birthdays, engagements, weddings and of course christenings!  We can produce these items to your personal specification.

Sublimation Printing

A large area of printing does not involve paper!  T shirts and mugs immediately spring to mind, however your own designs or any images without copyright restraints can be reproduced on a very wide variety of materials and items, eg  jigsaws, placemats, coasters, canvas and so on.  We can reproduce your paintings, improve the appearance of photos where there’s been some wear and tear.
